hey all

Ive just machined up some axles for 510 diff conversions (same as datsunboys conversion in "Tech & DIY Conversion Info"). Ive got 3 pairs and one spare.theyr machined exactlly the same way i did dans and his old ones have taken a hidding for the last couple of years and are still going strong.theyre 255mm between cv ctrs.check out dans awsome write up for more info on his conversion http://www.nzdatsun.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=134" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
ive checked the hardness on all the axles after machining it ranges from 45-56 rockwell C (factory end is 48-58 rockwell C).
axles come with CV inners but they are second hand so im not sure of the condition.





axles are $300 a pair including freight in NZ. i need some upholstery done on the cedric tho...

yep R200.exactly the same as dans.i dont know to much about the conversion i just make the axles.sweet as mint16

Were you looking to do a deal with your driveway?

I was selling my ones for $250 a set with cv bearings if thats any help to you. (they sold fine at that price)
Ive run out now might do some more soon.
Also going to do some to suit Clutch Pack R200 Longnose LSD as well

if you make your own why buy 2 sets off me?

Sorry i didn't mean to make it sound like i was making my own i was meaning the ones you made me and i planed on getting you to make me some more once i had collected up some axles to on sell.
But me thinking that it would be a cheaper option for people on here to buy directly from you. (there goes that money making idea)
na its all good as soon as ive worked out the measurements for the other conversion i'll send thoes axles to you to make them up to.

If anyone needs to know what else is involved in the conversion i'll be happy to answer them.
I'll add that Johns work is fantastic and the work he did for me was EXACTLY as i asked for and fitted up perfectly.
These axels have been trialed and work great.
