Datto_610's 180B - Cert Prepping!

Having another look at it today but I'm still not sure if I'm gaining much or any still may need to slot it a bit more.

Still a bit left to slot before getting to that plate. It's a bit hard to tell if it's gotten rid of some camber or not and I'd hate to get another wheel alignment and be told it's still not enough :(

if you are going to do some careful slotting i would recommend doing it by hand.

get some scraps of the steel and clamp them parallel to the slots to give you a guide, then with a round bastard file you can carefully slot downwards.

If you go carefully it will remove material fast enough. keep away from the die grinder.
The Answer to your Question is NEEDS MORE VG30

I may need to raise the rear by like 20-25mm.... which would help and maybe lower it after cert... I don't really want to do this but I may have to! Slotting the mounts won't give me enough my guy at chamberlains reckons...

Move your toe one aswell - those arms tend to move both camber and toe when you adjust either

Ie a little more tow in might help stand the wheel up camber wise.

So the main problem is the placement of the threaded block? If that was higher up, you'd be able to move it further?

I dunno... probably going to need to take it back to chamberlains or someone similar as yeah I can probably move the arm up but it needs to be set accurately for thr wheel alignment which I can't do at home....

One other Idea I just had is what about offset bushes in your rear arms?
