Greg if I had my time again I'd go an intank pump setup in my 180b.

I ran an under car SWR motorsport tank on mine but it doesn't fit awesomely as it's for a 510. Intank is arguably cheaper, definitely easier and quieter in my opinion.

Worth looking into, you just need a swirl pot & the fuel pump setup from a similar model (r31 skyline wagon, 910 bluebird etc are good for raping the parts).

Hmmmm, yeah If I didnt already have 2 external pumps already I probably would've gone down that road. Might look into it though....

i agree with martin too.
I had two external pumps and surge tank setup and i wasnt happy with them after running it two years ago. I since sold those and got given a 2jz intank and its soooo simple. two fuel line connections. One off the pump at the tank end and one at the engine end. you wont regret the simplicty of it

Ok well was doing a bit of research on the net. Think ill use a cradle from a silvia or skyline and run a intank walbro pump. So just need to enlarge the hole in my fuel tank for the cradle. Which kinda makes the 260c fuel sender I recently got useless to me as the later nissan cradles have it all integrated. Maybe I can flick it off to Lewis so he can get his low fuel light to work :D

The 180 is now home with me at my new place, picked it up from Dans on sat morning. Cheers Luke for sorting me a trailer to use and helping me get it home! Decided to go intank fuel pump as I dont want a smelly noisy boot. Got a shot of the tank before I ripped it out after work today. Found quite a few things I thought I'd lost in the boot including my accelerator pedal...... Its different than the 260c one anyway so will have to mod my 610 one to fit a the throttle cable. Also my dash pad is in Lewis' capable hands so hopefully get it back soon. Dan was a total legend doing my wiring, its pretty much ready to start once fuel is sorted and a few other nigly bits. Alarm and central locking is all wired up just need to mount solenoids in the doors :D Took a shot of where the battery box will live but isn't mounted permanently yet.

Fuel line is next on the list will be running 3/8 as a feed and the factory line as a return.
