Hey guys
Theres a Canterbury Car Club day this Sunday At Ruapuna Raceway this Sunday and we could do with some more volanteer Flag Marshals as numbers are dwindilling and without us they cant hold any events.
Theres free entry and a free feed with water provided and if you stick around long enough, a beer at the end.
This ones just a club day but will give you valuable insight into what goes on, without too much pressure.
Its also a fun way to get involved in Motor sport, without the cost of running a vehicle.
The Canterbury Car Club Officials also run the national meets such as NZV8s, Super Trucks, and The Festival of Speed (F5000s, CanAms etc).
As an official this will gain you free entry to these events and track side veiwing (cant get any closer than pushing a stalled F5000 off the grid )
Sign on is at 845am, at the Chris Amon rooms (in the main gate and immediatly to the left, look out for a group of people in orange overalls) and ask to talk to Amos and tell her your keen to give it a go.
All are welcome
Cheers
Jeremy
(shes going to kill me if she gets mobbed with people) LOL
