 Hi, I am looking for genuine interest in placing orders for Header Plates L6 series Nissan engines, as the more confirmed orders I can get the less the overall price becomes for all concerned
post in here or if you have a definite order then PM me and we can go from there.

:?: :?: Possiblity of L4 template also if enough interest. :?: :?:

Yes This is for the header plate that bolts on to the head Made in 1 piece for strength (not as 3 seperate flanges) so you can make or have made custom headers ;)

are you going to make up some extractors your self? if yes id be very keen to copy. i have thought about doing so as finding some that fit L series powered skylines is difficult. There are Zed ones but they need modifying to fit or you can import from aussie for a C210 i think it is but they arent cheap.

I made a set for my z I would be interested to see how you are going to make the header plate in one piece due to the fact the intake manifold interlocks with it

He means a one piece exhaust flange like some standard manifolds, not cut between cylinders 2 and 3 and 4 and 5, or 1 and 2 and 5 and 6 which people do to try and stop them warping.

You can buy flanges from Autobend for LD28s but they were $130ish from memory.

ye ouch $130 for a flange seems a bit high.
we have just ordered a CNC profile cutter at work, it is being installed on Tuesday. Might take a little while to find out feet with it but if you guys can wait I'd be happy to give you a price to compare with.

This needs slight modification (see chalk marks) and all those made will have it done when made.

Price will be $100 for L6 Flange (12mm) Price will reduce if more interest shown
