"The 2004 and 2005 model WRX STi 6MT was a final drive of 3.90. In 2006 and 2007 the 6MT came with a final drive of 3.545 which made the 2006 and 2007 much sought after for the non-STi WRX owners as a transmission swap. This is due to the R160 rear differential 3.545 final drive of most of the non-STi WRXs"

Found that in Wikipedia for you brother.
Will be late model circlip type axles though.

Dont think there will be anything taller than that, whats it needed for?

Most 1600's will have 3;9 R160 some early cars 3:7
Manual Legacys have open/ vlsd 3:9 / 4:1 depending on year
Auto Legacys seem to normally have open/ vlsd 4:4
Have seen some Leones with 4:1 altho most seem to be 3:9 though.
Some of the STi Wrx's have a higher ratio too,and some run the R180 as well
Some subaru diff part numbers from the dimequarterly web pages article :
7220 11010: 3.70 ratio
7220 11011: 3.70 ratio
7220 11012: 3.70 ratio
6220 06020: 3.90 ratio
6220 06021: 3.90 ratio
6220 06022: 3.90 ratio
27011 AA151: 3.90 ratio
27011 AA040: 4.11 ratio
27011 AA110: 4.11 ratio
27011 AA111: 4.11 ratio
