Found this in my car- is it what I think it is?

I randomly found this under my passenger seat after a recent trip to Auckland, no idea where it came from.

It LOOKS like something that could be used to pick a lock, and does in fact slot neatly into the lock.. but the weird thing is that nothing has gone missing from the car, nothing's been damaged, and the doors were all locked..

OR could this be something my panel beater has left under the mat and its since rolled out from underneath? Can anyone think of a legitimate use for this.. thing?

It's a pick, used for removing seals & o-rings, and various other uses they aren't really made for.

Did the panel shop have your doors apart? These are often used to remove the 'Jesus' clips off the window winders. Still check the end for stains.
