Hey just got another 1600 project car, wanting to sell my current 1600 and start this new project from the ground up.

1972 1600 4 door, pretty standard as far as motor and interior goes, its got twin SUs, got them tuned by peter O leary but the motor is pretty tired, still a good runner.

Hope these pics come thru!

It has definately had a few coats of paint, the engine bay has been sanded back, originally it was white, then bright yellow, then the blue it is now. The paint on it now is a few years old, so I think any major rust would have shown up by now, but I didnt paint the car so to be honest I don't know whats under there. Quarters and sills are pretty good, few bubbles on the sills, nothing bigger than say a 10c piece, and only a few spots.

Overall its a nice tidy runner, if you were after an original 510 to restore, this wouldn't be it, but if you want a nice looking 510 for cruising around in, its all done, ready to go. I decided to get a project for a ground up rebuild, and I think it would be a shame to strip this one back and start again when its nice enough as it is.

Someone has asked for some more detailed photos, so I will post copies on here this weekend (hopefully)

Cheers
