Tell me about it! What you paying where you are? $450 in Kogarah for an old 2 bedroom done up to some degree. Small single separate garage, and stairs and no lift lol

I bought an apartment in north sydney back in 2007, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom no parking and on a main road, we rent it out for $550 a week!
