am building some front adjustable using r31 struts want to make car low as possible with good travel in the shocks wondering whether to shorten the tube and run different insert (if so by how much and what length insert) or is there a better way unsure on were to wield the adjustable sleeves on strut as well?

also trying to find out what disk rotors to use for rear r32 2pot conversion

any help would be much appreciated

Use a hose clamp to hold the sleeve in place. Lower car and adjust sleeve accordingly then weld.

Sleeve placement will vary according to spring rate Etc.

If you use R32 2pots you will lose your handbrake as they use a internal drum mechanism.
You are better to use a S chassis caliper as they have the mechanism on the caliper, but are not 2pot

If you have trouble getting the hose clamps to hold, you can also use exhaust U clamps.

is it a competition car? A street registered car will require a motorsport authaurity card to run a hydraulic handbrake on the street. or a dodgy wof shop. lol
