Ok so about 12 years ago i had a 180B. SSS coupe

But i sold it partially restored.
Bare with me details are vague
It had been bare metaled. the interior was painted a green metalic
the exterier was still in primer all the bushes / brake componets etc were new
This thing was mint and only needed the outside painted from memory.

It was sold to some guy and his kid down southway to finish , because they had just finished a 140j restore and were looking for another project to start together

didn't a bare metaled 180b coupe sss turn up on trademe in invers one or two years ago?

no plates on any of the pics i have of the baremetalled one though...

When i sold it, the exterior was in a grey primer.

could it be the one thats been on trademe in dunedin for ages?

I know where the bottom one is. Now lives in Gisborne. Its red and has had many many hours spent on it. Looks amazing with NOS parts, 13x9s and bluebird tail light panel with rear side markers. From memory it had been repaired in the rear at some point.
