I have a Standard one sitting in the shed, it would be much more straight forward, but I haven't got anywhere near getting it going in twice the time. Well done.

Thanks guys

It just came together really well, it was like the car wanted to be modified, but if any of you have a rear bumper I'd be keen. The blue car has lost its rear one because it now lives on the 69er.

there is still my old one leaning up against the wall if anyone is going south through taupo.

Was gonna try swap it for the two front overriders or whatever they are to fit on my car

No I used chromed self tappers. I think I used about 20 of them.

Looks good!
I made a 1.8 steel replica of a mk1 Golf and welded it to the front apron. Gonna smash some cats with mine however some cats might smash yours

Any cat smashed is good and worth damaging the chin for...I'm not keen on cats!!!
Thanks for the advice anyway and I'm expecting that it's likely to get damaged/destroyed by low flying objects, the valence panel is not in good nick either so worth the risk.
