"Private Messages" in your Hotmail are spam

Hotmail users, dont open anything that says "private message" even if it comes from a mate, which I got.

Damit why did i just open one of these!!!! 
For some reason i figured when i read this a few days ago that it ment that NZDatsuns was sending a message saying i had a message.
Not just a normal old hotmail spam virus.
Just to note once you open it it spreads to everyone in your address book,
Sorry to anyone who i have delt with in the past and there email address is in my address book,
I stress don't open the message.
