Workshop space in Wellington available.

Some of you will know this place, and basically it is what it is.
The deal is, $50 a week for a space to store and work on a vehicle, be it car or motor bike and also we have a communal working bay, i.e if your daily needs a service and you don't want to have to move all manners of shit to work on it.
Its a reasonably well kitted out workshop for you to work from.
The building itself is secure and is within a compound that has cameras and people living there, so shits about as safe as it gets. We have been there around 4/5 years and have had no problems so yeah, its all good
Its not the most water tight place on earth, but it does keep the weather out to a fair effect, so unless your quite anal it should be ok, that and the fact that its so cheap its not to much of an issue.
You will have to share with 4 other tenants. Workshop area is around 120sqm all up with 100sqm usable.
There is the alternative that there is 2 half shares in a workshop space @ $25ea. This would come with a little bit of storage for parts etc but no long term car storage - parking your car up for the odd night or two while working on your car is sweet.
