Tunnel's all done. got the sedan back home now to get the drive shaft made up then can go back for exhaust.

yeah very happy with the result. Any ideas on whats best to paint it with to keep it tidy?

A good quality epoxy primer followed by a nice direct gloss (2K) topcoat.
You can wet on wet the two for less sanding. If you're interested in this I can give you a step by step guide and product recommendation. From memory, Por15 is good but works best when applied over surface rust as it uses the rust conversion to create strong chemical adhesion
