Hi,

I can buy a set of these from a mate for my 1200 but wondering what sort of money they would be worth and what i should offer? They are in good condition but could use a tidy up. Not sure what to offer him as i'm guessing they are sort after wheels these days

cheers

Assuming they don't have tires, and they are in good nic, and not needing any repairs (just a typical polish, and centre paint)

I would think at mates rates $500-650 would be fair money.

But thats just my opinion. any less would be a bargain, if they were all cleaned up ready for sale, they would probably be more in the $800-1000 area I would think. people on here may have other ideas/opinions

Mk1s aren't super sought after as not everyone likes them. (Even though they are fucking awesome) Just see what he wants for them and if its outrageous, make him an offer a bit more realistic. What Kitch said sounds about right.
