picked this up tonight after work.

a12 4spd
ran oddly well.
gbox feels a bit loose/sloppy
all parts here.

all i wanted was the diff, win. it appears to be h165.
will get someone brain to tell me though.....and then sell it on as a rolling working shell was the plan.....

i know that i have limited knowledge regarding such areas of expertise but im fairly sure without throwing massive coin at this to restore it to its former glory...... its gonna sting someone a fair bit, unless they went the repower route? as i will regardless keep- the diff and crossmember plus anything else my ute needs or desires

i wanted it to be a great shell etc but its fairly iffy, lotta rust etc. will wait for brendan and warrick to tell me a proper verdict though.

IF and only IF this becomes a non viable restoration, what would everyone want?

i drove this home, and surprisingly everything worked in the interior, i.e heater, gauges, lights, indicators, kinda everything actually.

some things are already spoken for if wal says its fucked (fingers crossed no.)

spoken for parts if the worst happens are:

diff drum to drum
crossmember
struts and bottom arms
cover panels inside tray

in spares parts it has are:

fibreglass flares x2
2 doors complete
2 gas tanks
box of unknown
12x6 minilites
1x nos short wheelbase side panel

people who have helped me will have first dibs

more will be added when i know more about this shell, ideally someone like wal or similarly talented can save this.

flatmate thinks he wants this but to repower so i will sell off anything not needed.

diff and xmember - mine
a12 - ran well when i drove it home, can be heard running
4 speed box - barts
front drum struts - brocks
whichever tailgate flatmate doesnt want - joels
fibreglass flares x2
2 doors i think complete once flatmate has picked.
1 ute gas tank
box of unknown stuff yet.
12x6 minilites 5 of
