Z18ET tear down help

I'm in Auckland, and currently tearing down my Z18ET to do gaskets etc. Figured I may as well go the whole hog, is there anyone in AK that would be willing to help me tear down the block to replace all the gaskets? Or alternatively anyone with a book I could borrow! Alternatively, a good mechanic in AK that could do it for me?
Never dealt with cam chains etc before
