Modified axles run into about 300.(If you can find someone to do them for you) I'd say $80-100 for HR30/910/etc outer companion flanges.
I don't know what you'd expect to pay for r30/s12/910 outer CV's. They may even be available new. (at a cost)
Then you'd need to find a longnose R200. (Others might have an idea what market value for those is)
And a shortnose LSD and inputs. (Either VLSD, or CLSD) VLSD's can be picked up pretty cheap.
It would have to run into around the $600 mark all told?

It also requires mods to the cross member to fit the R200 in place.

Agree

As the boys said,

Modified axles
HR30/910/etc outer companion flanges.
r30/s12/910 outer CV's
Longnose R200
Shortnose LSD and inputs.
Moustache bar and mods to crossmember
Plus possible driveshaft mod depending on flange dimensions of R200

Fly up and have a look at it.

I have some replica outer companion flanges.
I say replica, as they were the standard UJ ones. The square end was machined off, then a locating spigot was turned on. Then copies of the R30/etc flange were machined up, and they were welded together. How strong are they? Tbh, I don't know. They look pretty strong though.

only the inner CV's are of any use.
Are they 3x2, or 5x1.
