Hi Guys

As most of you have figured out I am building my new manifolds and have no real use for the old Cast Iron manifolds any longer.

Thought i would give them a week or so on NZ datsun before banging them on Trademe.

VG30ET Manifolds, Drivers Side is Un cracked, milled flat and ports de shrouded and opened up. Passenger Turbo side, was machined flat in 2010 and has not been removed from the car since with no leaks. It has had its ports de shrouded and had been fitted up to suit a 40mm HKS style External waste gate.

Crossover pipe is in good condition, no leaks and has been heat wrapped so you don't need the big stupid heavy heat shield.

This setup would include the HKS copy waste gate pictured, which also had a new Diaphragm installed in 2010, had the valve seat and guide machined and casting flash removed to ensure decent performance. Comes with 7psi, 10psi and 12psi waste gate springs. The manifold vents both banks equally as the waste gate tube has a divider plate to reduce turbulence and give good boost control.

This setup would be ideal on a Mild T3/T4 turbo around 12-15 psi with a 3" exhaust to wake up your VG30.

if anybody is actually interested i will get pictures of the crossover pipe and the other manifold.

I think that lot is worth $250, It cost me about $100 to machine and rebuild the waste gate, and the manifolds all up owe me about $300 in machining and welding and porting. The waste gate was welded with a heat controlled process and there are no cracks at the welds.
