I've just bought this car and was wondering if anyone knew the history or anything?

shipping it up to auckland soon. I know it needs some love here and there, brakes suspension etc

Is it a CA8det?
I think a friend looked at buying it 4-5 years ago.
He had it AA checked, and decided not to buy it. (If it was the same car, and it was a long time ago.)

Owner has had for 7 years so maybe not.
Yes it's a ca18det.
Does need a little work but not exactly plentiful supply of 510s available now so quite happy. Looks like an honest car. Haven't seen it in the flesh as yet.
