Right a series fiends I need your help!, I recently did a12 to a15 swap and I've run into a few issues,
One is it keeps blowing the engine control fuse it's only just started happening.
Two, it doesn't seem to flow water through the motor but sometimes it does do it, I've run no thermo stat as well water pump seems fine,
3 there is a pipe off the manifold that is chilling and it slowly spills water, return water line? Ill see if I can put the photo up from my phone but if not ill chuck it up later,
If you have an info text me or reply on here, 0277863925

At a guess looks like that should go to a heater hose?

The pipe comes out of a water jacket on the bottom of the manifold that connects to ports in the head below the inlet ports in the manifold. Yes it is part of the heater system, there may be another pipe at the rear of the manifold I think, this pipe shown connects to the wee pipe that comes off the pipe the bottom hose connects to.
I may be wrong about the rear pipe on the manifold, it has been a long time since I had one of these engines.
As for the fuse have you got a wire pinched in the bell-housing? Is the wire for the anti dieselling solenoid on the carb hooked up to the temp gauge sender?
Can't remember what number 2 was sorry.

That pipe is the only one we can see that it different to my mates a15 so I think if i tape it into the heater line ill be sweet cause that only seems to push water out of the whole when running,
The fuse yes I pinched a wire I think it's the carb one you were talking about, how would I fix that? Also I don't have a plug for my temp gauge that shouldn't affect
Because I have the wire wrapped round where the temp gauge is,
Cheers guys!

Right domino affect with issues ahah, right I fix the fuse issue and the water flow,
But new ones have accured! The temp gauge isn't reading! And the motor feels like it's getting really hot and so does the radiator, or either I'm just being over cautious......

Two issues here mate,
One, if you dont have a plug on the temp sender wire, you wont have a shitshow of getting your gauge to work properly. It's a one minute, and $0.75 job to attach a plug to the wire.
Also, if you have no thermostat, the water might not be getting hot enough to register on the gauge.
Plus, there's a metalurgic phenomenon where by cast iron wears at a greatly accelerated rate when it's working at a cooler temperature. IE, you'll wear out your bores heaps faster if your engine is cold.
