Many years ago when i was doing compliance work for a car yard.
A Vitz came in from Japan, it had a lot of performance bitties on it including the picture above.
It was stuck to the head of the car
I always wondering what this was but could never find out anymore information on it. I was cleaning up my garage before and found it again.
Does anyone else have some thoughts?

Simply attach to the engine valve cover, various internal resistance.
Reduced mechanical noise, smooth handlebars, slow response, and improve performance of the engine.
To those concerned about the engine noise is recommended.
Put on the plastic engine cover also gives effect
