It's probably half a dozen of one, and six of the other. TBH, I don't like dealing with Kelfords. Something about them rubs me up the wrong way. That being said, a mate of mine was saying apparently they created some new grind for the misti 4g63 that made wicked power with some angles that no-one else seemed to have been able to utilise on thise engines with any degree of success.
I'll be using them again for my next cam. The other mob in CHCH that do cams sold me one that was all wrong for my motor when I first got my blown engine up and running aaaaaages ago. Phil is meant to be a hard out guru of datsun cams. But I don't know if that extends to L series motors.

either or.
Adrian is a bit of a datsun/nissan nut
Kelfords quality is just a bit better due to cnc grinders. I've only dealt with kelford before but thats only ever been because they are closest, never had any problems

Twas vern at Mace that sold me a cam with a 106' lober separation for my blown engine. I later learned that it was all wrong for supercharging. No doubt that it would've been good for an Atmo application.
