I have some surplus original oil filled type 310 strut inserts if they are of any use to you?

Do you have oil filled inserts or gas?

If oil filled, you can overhaul what you have I guess - or best to throw an aftermarket insert in each side.

Really important for handling that these work together, a Pair of inserts would make a huge difference to the handling of the car, and it's ride

Why did it fail WOF?
Can you not just strip down your one and clean up, put back together and refill the oil with ATF?

My spares are stripped down, so would be no difference to re-using what you have, unless the dampening valve has failed?

I'd just buy new gas inserts and be done with it.
It'll really make it drive heaps better too.
