Why not just use your coupe cross member with the A14? Or are they not the same as an A12?

late model a12 (from a ute) a14 and a15 use same engine mounts and "ute" crossmember to fit to 1200.
Early a12 (b110) use different mounts and (b110) crossmember to fit to 1200.

Making sense at all? dont think i frased it perfectly.

No the standard Cross Member requires a mount that is ugly,
I want the enginr to sit perfectly and was told that the ute
cross member is the go.
My brother informs me that A15 engine mounts ie the metal part
bolts onto the A14 and then the engine mounts will line up spot on
to the ute Cross Member?????
Is this So??
