shock absorber inserts are available new from many places. such as BNT, Repco, Appco etc etc.

I have a pair of used inserts here in Wellington. Pretty sure they are still in good shape, can have a proper look if you are interested.

huh? inserts are shocks.....they came out factory with oil filled struts, but the internals can be replaced with sealed shock inserts

Lol such an idiot, just going by what I've been told. Got it sorted now though yay thanks anyways everyone
