Very reluctant to put it on trademe. Any feed back would be appreciated

This ^^

Also might be worthwhile advertising on the Australian forums as there are plenty of guys looking for decent cars that would probably consider importing (if that was an option for you).

I would say $25K depending on workmanship and the quality of parts used, hard to tell without pics!

Cult cars of this age are actually starting to cost insane money. You don't even see road driving 510's in stock trim for sale anymore.

If your wanting to recoupe 20k, or near it expect ppl to ask for proof of work receipts.

ive had mates, and myself this happen or similar "... its had 3k spent on the head alone. "
only to have engine work myself done at some point and find that "3k work" is bs and its a stock head.

anyone claims $x spent i expect receipts now to back claims, especially engine work where visually its impossible to tell internals without opening.

youll need receipts

If its tidy enough , you will get 20k

The last few tidy 510s have gone for 10-12k via trademe and they didn't have that amount of work done.

20k is a good number i think its till a good deal if in good condition, stick to it and tell them to go buy the other ones if they reckon thats too much...................

There aint much to choose from.
