b310 steering knuckles that take the 45mm strut

I need a set of steering knuckles to fit the 45mm strut off an early b310 or possibly a ute I have a set of b210 ones but the tapered hole for the ball joint to go through is too small.I need a pair that will work with the later LCa with wider boltpattern as they have a larger taper on the balljoint any help appreciated thanks
