Just wondering if there's any sunny b310 guru's out there that have a bit of experience with upgrading the diff in these. Not going for massive power (110-140ish hp) and torque would be around 95 to 110 ft lb
realise nothing is going to be 100% bolt in, just wanting some relatively common to find options
nana drive standard h150?? (i dont do burnouts anyway)
s110 best bet??
bluebirds??
some of the c series vans (c20 c22)
weld mounts onto b120 ute diff??
toyota liteace/hiace vans??
have had a bit of a search, haven't really found what i'm after yet
cheers

Grant the S110 H165 bolt straight in and ran behind Z18s so would be a good option. good luck finding one today though

I've heard that PA10 stanza/160j are a direct fit too.

Had a standard H150 behind the CA18de (about 130hp at the fly when new) in the 120Y for 5 years and never blew the diff - started to get a bit noisy before i took it off the road.
Did heaps of Skids, Roll Backs, Clutch dumps, Hard changing over the years.
Here it is in 2006

and in 2009

To be honest most said ah you cant run that standard diff itll blow, so i decided to wait until it did which never eventuated.
Id run up the HP then see how it goes - have a spare just in case.
If you want LSD id shorten a hilux or mazda rear end. but thats just extra weight
