NZ Datsun Club Incorporated Web Forum Code of Conduct
Summary
Your access to these forums is a privilege, and not a right (this includes financial members), NZ Datsun Club Inc reserves the right to suspend your access to these forums at any time. The guidelines and rules below explain what behavior is expected of you and what you can expect from other users.
Conduct
Be respectful and kind to other members. Use tact in your conversations and debates. Flame wars, hating, personal attacks and other such aggressive behavior serves no useful purpose. NZ Datsun Club Inc will not tolerate any form of harassment, defamation, racism or other abuse related to religious views, ethnicity or otherwise. In general if you don't have anything nice to say, please refrain from posting.
Posting
Please post in the proper category. If your post has multiple questions, post it in the category that more accurately fits the questions at hand. Please do not post the same topic multiple times. If you have made a mistake please ask a moderator or committee member to move the topic
The committee & moderators reserve the right to remove, lock or moderate posts at their discretion.
Inappropriate Posts
If you have found a post that you feel is inappropriate or that violates the forum code of conduct, please contact a moderator or use the "report this post" system. Do not attempt to moderate discussions or correct other users yourself, you may make the situation worse. This may include messages containing sexually oriented/violent/illegal dialogue, images or content.
Language
Use of bad language is not permitted. This includes swear words, obscenity or vulgarity. Please try to find some other way to get your point across.
Spam
There are two forms of spam:
The first is a post for commercial gain typically by an automated spam bot or somebody who has registered simply to spam a product or website.
The second is a high volume of messages from any user that add no value to the discussion or topic.
Both will be warned and/or banned from the forum at the discretion of the forum moderators and committee members.
Respect Others
Be respectful to other members. As we all different opinions on a range of subjects especially our Datsuns, please keep in mind that one person's opinion is their own and we are each entitled to express our opinion.
