Datsun 1200 tags. Cops pink sticker another datsun 1200 youn

Can anyone tell me what this tags means. It's not this car but I got a phone call today that another datsun 1200 got pulled up and this number did natch anything else. They were looking at re complying it as they were going to supercharge it with a 15 in it and AA said that they can't do that. Any help much Appreciated . The tag on radiator panel next to bonnet latch I believe they came on 74 model.

I was under the impression that, those are the colour and interior codes, 27 being the colour code.

Yep thats just the info tag for assembly, 27 is the interior colour Black (probably) and the exterior paint colour 536 which is brown in this case. Its not a VIN number and its hard to believe it could be confused as such!! So as long as the original paint colour is brown your sweet. Though it also possible the radiator support panel may have been replaced at some stage,..
