Looking like I am going to be experiencing a bit of a change to my personal circumstances in the near future, and assoicated financial position.

One option I am looking at is possibly moving along my coupe project to someone who will finish it off. As I don't have the $ at this point in time, and perhaps I would be better to cash it up to clear some bills.... :violin: rather than be forced to sell my sedan, as I probably need to get a daily runner car and don't want to ruin my sedan.

1972 Datsun 1200 coupe, 84 miles, 100% original no bodgey mod's, matching numbers motor etc (motor was a runner but I have pulled head off and it will need a quick freshen). Black "F" series live plates (Reg on hold)

fully stripped, sodium blasted inside, outside, underneath and everywhere in between, fully primed in epoxy primer, awaiting rust removal and a dent in the tail gate repaired. complete except for front guards. Very straight, some rust around rear wheel arches, along sills, around bottom or rear 1/4 windows, patch in the wheel well, and A pillar need rebuilt at sill connection area.

Immaculate interior, faultless dash, seats, door trims etc. Black interior & exterior is original red (although now in primer obviously)

I have a shitload of NOS and NORS parts I have brought up for it that are avaliable by negotiation also. (New ex;nissan badges, chrome inner and outer door handles, lock pullers, rubber, kangaroo washer bag, lights, parcel tray, exterior mirrors, rear shocks, brake calipers, rear 1/4 rubbers, bailey channel kit, pedal pads, throttle pedal, various rubber grommets & seals etc)

I will drag it out of the back of the garage and take photos over next few days.

Genuine enquiries only please. Ball park figures $4K - $6K depending on what new parts go with it.

Would consider swaps/deals for a sporty wagon legacy/legnum/impreza etc as long as not too boy racery or too higher km's

If no interest here, will probably put on trademe at the weekend. Would rather it go to an enthusiast than some trademe muppet.

Inspection/collection from Timaru.

Yeah, so I have had a think about it, and unless someone wants to buy my sedan off me for "silly" money, I will follow through with a reluctant sale of my coupe.

I might try and get some pic's up, but really if anyone is interested, it would be best to contact me for a yarn, and I can send details and pic's through.

Looking for cold cash only, as I have brought another vehicle

Ball park figure $4K ono + NOS / NORS parts etc
