I had penciled in the 20th of feb, but some members have expressed interest in putting their cars in the show that day.
So, I'm having a pole to see which date suits everyone best.
My personal preference was for the day of the show, as all the heat will be in town, so it's a great time to be heading away from it. Also, if there is a lot of anti social behaviour after the show, the following week we might be targeted by the law enforcement, as they'll be anti on car enthusiests.
Your input is needed.

reckon the 13th is best, that way more people can come, they can put there cars in the show the next week and we wouldnt have to worry about cops and the assocaited BS

We really do need a final decision though as people like myself with premade shift rosters will have to ask for time off, or otherwise wont be able to attend.
