I just used the standard 5spd dogleg g/box and had no issues, didnt have to reach behind me at all was actually quite comfortable to drive with..stndrd gearbox is 660??i think?? to mount-- passenger footwell had to be bashed in slightly where the right foot could sit farthest to the front and right,...

the one up top is the one off trade me, i bought it, show ponied it, took it up the beach and did endless doughys and now have stripped any re-usable parts off it and deregd it, and now want s/w one to do more or less the same thing to...would love l20b but beggers (at this point in time) cant be ch...

yeap..Im going to make a lada s/w with L16b, youre thoughts on a lada in the midst of a datsun cruise?
