It could be made to work. there is a spare boss on the the left side of the head below the thermostat housing you could drill and tap to take it. Or I could prolly get My old man to turn you up an adapter so you could screw it into the standy temp sender hole. (If you like, I'll ask him how much to make you one?)

I dunno. I think the old man said it was actually an imperial thread. The factory sender isn't threaded though. It's held in by a special nut.

i just brought a 10 dollar special tap and die set from repco threaded up the original nut andall the after market senders screwed straight in to it and ive never had a problem with it cheap[est way to go i think
