Post by Hey-mish »

Hey i have done a big end bearing in my 120y and was wondering if anyone out there had an a series sitting round.
i currently have a a15 but will settle for anything other.
if a L series goes in without much hassle mite look into that.

I have an A14 with a cam, but it has no head, and it would need hone and a rering. The bores are in good shape though
They don't call me the man with the rubber arm for nothing you know.............

Hi

I have an early A12 & 4 speed box (complete except starter & alternator) from my 72 coupe (donor car) Hasn't gone in a few years, and looks bit doggy (surface rust/dirty) but was told it was a runner from the guy I got the car off last year (all be it smokey??). It will need work but may be less work than your run bearing engine?? $120 and the whole lot is yours.

It is in Timaru, but I am coming up to Chch on Monday and could drop it off as I will be in my work ute.

Let me know if interested
