Well as many of you know, this beat up old girl is now mine.
Josh sold it to me VERY cheap. And for that I'm very grateful.
Here's a couple of pics that josh snapped the day we did the big mission down south to pick her up.

Since then I've not done too much to it. It's being stored 40 mins from my house out on Dad's block of land. The seat was actually the rear seat from some toyota(?) So I pulled that out. I've got a pair of Z32 front seats that'll find their way into it. I'll probably try get the J15 running, before doing an SR20de engine swap. I scored a good one of those of Brendan complete for a really good deal. I still need to piece together a gearbox from a collection of broken bits and bobs.
I also got a pair of 15" WEDS alloys off James too. They're not very pretty, but they are VERY light. Chances are they'll do a turn on it for a while.

:burnout: your ability to score mean deals never fails to astound me  , but then again the amount of spade work you put into all things datsun is also astounding, and obviously reaps its own rewards, hope you keep this thread updated

It's been quite a while since I did anything to this machine.
I did score some tail lights, a front bumper, (I destroyed the one in the last pic unloading it off the trailer) and a 3.888:1 H190 diff head.
On Sunday, I got the chance to see if the engine would run. Ran the fuel hose from the pump, to a gas can. Used jump wires with alligator clips to power up the coil, and link the coil to the dizzy. Gave her a sprinkle of gas, and cranked away. No dice though. It was popping out the zhorst. so I found top dead center, and rechecked the firing order.
Got that dialed, and touched the crank feed wire to the battery. BOOM! it burst into life like it was being driven everyday. It still has no cooling system, so I couldn't run it for very long. Very very happy that it runs though.

I also picked up another 620 week before last. It's had a frontal. But it's sooooo rust free, I may do a front cut on it.
