Shafted

Post by torqued »

while im at work and thinking about it i have a problem

so i sold my spare steering box with out thinking and here is the problem i am having.

the the dash frame i have suits my collapsible steering shaft which bolts to the the dash frame i am using.
but this shaft has a uni at the bottom of it which somehow bolts to the steering box i sold.

the steering shaft that bolts to the steering box i have isn't a collapsible one but bolt directly to my current box
but does not bolt up to the dash frame that is in the car...

:strangle: :strangle: :strangle:

if this doesn't make sense ill post pics to make things clearer.

so in asking i want to know what i need to do to use the collapsible steering shaft with the uni joint on the bottom.

Are 180b steering boxes the same as 1600 ones? I know someone who wants a death spear 180B box.
