Value of 1980 RWD Mazda 323

Post by Lulu »

Hi Boys n Girls,

Can anyone give me an estimate on how much a 1980 RWD Mazda 323 hatch is worth? It's the Square sunken headlight model and I think it's a 1.3l 4 cylinder not rotary?
One lady owner, regularly serviced and as far as I know only a little bit of surface rust on one door- Paint looks pretty pristine, completely standard 4spd.

A lady at my work is selling and has come to me bout it- I said about $2,500 but can anyone help me out? :)

Thanks

Hahaha Good call, and yup 4 door.

I had a quick look at it and from what I could tell its pretty mint-

The only bad things I could find was that the back bumper had a kink in it (Chromes still mint), Interior is worn (Its gone all fluffy?), there was little spot of rust below the petrol cap and also along the bottom of one door- It only looks like surface rust though nothing serious. Oh and it's missing part of its black strip along one door.

I took a few photos on my phone, nothing useful as it was raining and I couldn't walk around part of a fence but I'll put them up in a second anyway.

If anyone is keen or know's anyone that's keen to buy this let me know as I haven't started advertising yet.

If I advertise, do you guys think I should start it around 2-2500??
