someone onece said, "you can spend $6K on you motor, and shave 2 seconds a lap off your time, or you can spend $2K on you suspention and brakes and shave 6 seconds off".

So of course more horsepower is always the 1st thing to get sorted. :lol:

Thanks for bullett point clarification.

I also got some newish second hand rear shocks.
Would have fit them last nite too if i wasnt detained, what an interuption that proved to be.

..incase we dont make it back, heres a couple shots, and the old seat setup, which is now a lovely choc brown velour.

Also cut down my aerial, as it looked dorky now its got sweet wheels.

Made the trip fantastically, only used half a tank, wasnt driving economically either.

Shame about the constant rain and snow.

All that remains is retain licence, put the A15 back together and perhaps a 5-speed ready for Akaroa
