Id still fix it if i was you. Its almost paid off you might as well.
What motor is in it. the SOHC version motor was actually a good wee runner just noisy

Its got a twin cam EJ20 motor, well i got no idea what its worth bugger all really, but yeah i might ask Wal to take a look at the sills and fix the other bits myself.

they normally get real noisy when the front main seal starts leaking, it gets air in the oil system, and makes the tap tap tappety tap noise...torqued wrote:whats its current "value" vs "repairs + fixed value".

not always adjustment issues on the lifters..
and the single cam (sohc not soch ) engines are non-interferance motors...

I just jacked the car up and had a quick look, so not as bad as i thought, looks like someone used a trolley jack not a scissor jack on the front passenger side sill. So i just bent it back and it looks fine now i hope. Also i think it was prob like that when i took my car to the same place last year Oh well ill take it somewhere else once the other things a done
