how can people ask so much money for shit, that car is ruined, its not worth one bit of what they want for it.
Something is only earth what somebody is willing to pay for it. To a chunk of people it will be worth every penny. It's not my kit but each to their own! I hate cars with old school mags that look ugly as fuck to me but that's their choice and they like it. And it's worth every penny to them :P

yeah true. He done a good job of the work. You can't deny that. Some people like people metallic paint and big 17's others like solid colour paint and 14's.........
At the end of the day it could have been another datsun that didn't get any love and ended up being scrapped and sent to china to make Kia's or something.

True. But then not too many people would jump to the defence of someone putting massive chromes and a camo interior on a 1600. FMIC which sticks out probably offends some people in the same way I guess (I'm not really a fan of the above mentioned car either).

Well what it looks like and its worth are two different subjective areas. I dont think half the Datsuns (such as a 120y) are worth the shit in my undies. However I can see that other people love them to bits, and thats awesome. With the above car, workmanship is on point. The FMIC is not my kit, nor is the wankel thats in it. With that said I can see the guy did it his way, and to a high workmanship standard. How can you bag on that?

I swear Datsun owners are such hypocrites. Most here bag people for changing what they consider essential Datsun features, yet love rat rods etc or think its awesome to have an oil cooler mounted on your front bumper with a two meter high exhaust system out the back. Like I said, each to their own. Congratulations go out to anybody who puts in the work to do a good job, even if we don't like the mods they are doing.

the 13b turbo purple 1600 was once an absolute original white minter owned by Shane 510BRE.
the next owner painted it blue with gold simmons om's (i think) and fitted an efi L18 turbo in it.
time has passed and its now this creation.
i wish the rear panel badge wasnt fitted to the boot.

 Would have thought these were directly related tbh. For instance if I go out to the garage and throw some house paint over my car it will be worth less than it is now. ;)
But I know what you mean; If the build quality is there then each to their own. I certainly don't have a problem with modifying cars, although some of the attempts that are out there make me cringe
