or washing it,or taking it out in the rain or driving to fast so the dust blows off!!!!!Dattochriswagon wrote:Also. there a lotta people out there like me who would rather roll the way it is. Every scratch and dent has a story and all that rusty patina you just cant buy that shit.
If i brought a Model A 30 coupe tomorrow that had been in a barn for 50 yrs the last thing i would think of is painting it!

Re: Brocky and Lisa's - Bit on the side
i hate to disappoint everyone but the only plans for this car are to get it safe and working and road legal and tidy enough to get me learning to drive. It's not really my cup of tea, i reaaaaaaaaaally want a wagon, but it was too good an offer to pass up and Brock's a sucker for rescuing strays!
And it can't possibly lose the wheels it has on it at the mo...they match the paint!

Rear disks ground - New Bendix rear pads
New thermostat fitted and new coolant.
Front disks off to get ground

Has only done 450kms since last service so ill do an oil change at 1000kms
Things left to do
Front pads
Auto Tranz Filter and fluid
Front Windscreen - guy coming to look and will see if he can either get one or cut one to suit.
Exhaust - poked from headers back - will price up steel etc to do my own aswell as geting someone else (eg Magoos) to do it.

$150 bucks he has one left they lost a lot of stock will check again that it's the right one i asked for the pillerless one
I checked and he said it was rare to find.
Also i know of a laurel being wrecked out in Leeston..
Would you know if the disc brakes of this model would fit a 1600??
