Akoroa 2010 T-shirts will we be making some up this year?
Could be a way to make a few bucks for the club?

if we can maybe get a new design made up or even use the old one, i can get my cousin to use his connection that does his stuff. reasonably priced and good results. can also do hoodies

i think we may be pushing it to get shirts done for akaroa. as for ideas, maybe for next year, we can have the banner on the back, and maybe just akaroa 2010,2011,2012 etc on the front. simple but effective

Re: Akoroa 2010 T-shirts
sounds good cos if we have a picture of a particular car it will be unfair as we have such a vast variety of cars/models in the club etc unless we put the year earlier overal favourite car on the following years tshirt

That ideas been floated a bit Lewis. I for two like it.
I think Brock has been looking into doing tee shirts for Akaroa. We'll know where we stand once the hooodies are done. (In terms of club funds that is) Be great to have them just in time for the warm weather. lol

Re: Akoroa 2010 T-shirts
id be keen to do the art work and perhaps have the original painting given to the overall winner aswell as a prize, a picture such as this would look very cool printed on the back of a tshirt with club logo on front etc and maybe the prize title above pic on back (overal winner 2010 etc maybe in scroll writing look cool)

Re: Akoroa 2010 T-shirts
Hi everyone,
Brock and I have been talking bout these for ages but have been a bit busy lately. Everyone seemed pretty keen on having stickers made up for the cruise so we figured on using the same design for a t.shirt. I drew up a rough design and Chris W from Firestone kindly passed it on to a friend of his that is playing around with it to make it look proper. It's basically just an outline of a 1600 ( coz thats what one last years best overall ) in front of a mountain and sea with our banner. Hopefully as soon as she's done we can post a pic up and if everyone thinks its ok we can get them printed asap.
Obviously it's getting very close to the cruise but figured we'd give it a go as hadn't heard of anyone else organising them and thought it'd be a shame not to start these in 2010. If we don't have time to get the shirts done then at least we have a design for a sticker all ready to go.

Re: Akoroa 2010 T-shirts
Hi everyone, here is the design we have come up with. It is still to have some tweaking, the club banner will replace the type and "Akaraoa 2010" will be added, but this is the first draft...
Obviously it's too late to make tshirts now but if everyone is all good we could get some stickers made up for everyones cars for the cruise.
Let us know your thoughts, bearing in mind the time frame we have ... yay or nay?
And if anyone else is good at tweaking go for it if you think you can get it done asap this week
Thanks!
