Car needed for driving challenge

Posting this on behalf of my boss who's entered into some sort of car/driving challenge event. Basically he needs to buy a car for $800 or less (if it's more than $800, they lose points and less than $800 they gain points).
Needs to be able to be warranted and rego'ed so major structural rust is of concern, superficial is not.
Willing to sell the car back to you at whatever price once they're done - not sure if they'll be doing any modifications though - I think I heard something muttered about chopping off the exhaust and putting something thru the bonnet...

I got the honda outside my house. it failed a WOF on rust in the doors but was thinking i;d fix it this weekend and get a WOF on it. When do they need it by? Also I don't want it back. Once they've paid for it Its theirs they can do what they will with it (I quite like the idea of exhaust out the bonnet
Its stupidly reliable has a sweet heater and a wet dog smell. If they gave me $800 for i'd be pretty damn stoked.
