Had a request for a thread on my "project" rofl. But we bought our car from a dealer and she's mint, doesn't need a thing (ok well actually the window washer fluid line needs work, and we need to figure out how to turn the heater off...but the engine runs sweet, and the interior is all original, not a tear). I'm pretty proud of my little blue baby, can't wait to show her off tomorrow at the Akaroa cruise (first time she's been out like that, with other enthusiasts).
So, lets see if I can figure out this photo thing so you can see her here too. Glad I'm not the only zx here! (does it count that my dad owned a Datsun in Canada before I was born???)
Just out of interest too, here's my other "old reliable" though slightly newer 'technically', 1991 Toyota Corona (she was red at some point, I swear, she's not supposed to look pink):
Hope that takes away the mystery Oh, and btw, I'm a chick...rofl.

Yeah totally, I'll send all your regards to Drew as well (this is Kristin, I'm the social networker, Drew just does W.O.W).
I had a great time, and was amazed to see the other Z is the same year and colour as ours! too classic. I'll be looking forward to going out to Rakaia (in February? if so, make it late I have one hell of a busy January), even though I work at the end of Beachcroft road halfway between Rakaia and southbridge LOL.
I'll be like I'm cruising to work!
