That sounds good to me ill txt chris to get a hold of you was the sump altered to sit the engine lower? I will try and find some pics of the ute so far and post them up.

Yeh i notched the sump when i had a ca18de to get it sitting a little lower.

Sweet so that should help with tunel clearance for the gearbox as well. And its sitting further foward than your current set up that sounds like what i need.

Heres what ive done to it so far converted it to 5 stud hilux diff fitted ssr reverse wheels fitted 5 stud front conversion and running s14 front adjustables. Currently ute getting painted by by my mate luke from silway in ashburton will add more pics once that is done.

The lip is for an escort. It fits good mounted high were it is at the moment. I want it two sit lower but then it has some gaps but my painter mate is going to fix that. I have always wanted a black ute so its going black every one tells me to keep the brown lol. The wheels are 15x8s in the front and 15x8.5 in the rear. My panel beater mate has since talked me into putting 25mm spacers on all round and has flared the guards with steel to suit. It now means i will have clearance to run r32 gts-t four pot brakes in the front. I will try and get some pictures of the guards up. He just txt me today saying its all in primer so that's good news.
