I have 1 new message in my inbox but when i go to view its not there. then when i go back to site, i have 1 new message waiting

is your inbox full?
if so, delete some messages.
Then you need to click on the blue "release all on hold messages" bit to release them.
A while back I had the same problem at oldschool. The blue wasn't destinct enough for me to see it was clickable.

Urg yea that was the problem Im used to my messages auto deleting as they get to the bottom of the que..
But yea it even said full delete some to read your new ones
