Day off work today looking after the unwell missus

got really bored

did this

Pretty Rough but if anybody wants a set of plans to build these from scratch I am nearly done, it will will include various revisions over the CUSCO's including a stronger replaceable bearing and a PCD to suit whatever your application

Image

If you had a lathe and some patience these would not be exceeding difficult to make , but very time consuming

Yeah man

Just give me tonight to finish them off for my own purposes and i will email you a .DWG file

Basically they are an exact copy of a CUSCO s13 plate that uses a more standardized industrial bearing all the part No's ect are in the drawings

if you pm me your gmail or whatever you use we can go from there ! ( this is the reason i draw up this stuff its great to know that somebody else can benefit )

I purshased a set a while back and the bearings were fucked & the bearing retainer was all grooved out and rusty so i was unable to replace the bearings. Also the stud pattern didn't line up with my 300zx

I had to do an accurate drawing so i was able to confirm that i can have them bored out to accept larger bearings of a more standard nature ( IE sealed PTFE lined ect from Wilson Bro's ) and then because of the stud placement issue i had to draw up the uppers so that the engineer can weld up and re spine the hole where it needs to be.

This all resulted in me going fuck it i might as well draw these up properly so somebody can build them from scratch.

I also made some revisions including making the upper plate 10mm instead of 6 & adding more bolts on the plate that holds the bearing in ect.
